Privacy Policy

MemberRoute processes personal information on behalf of the businesses that use it (as a service provider/processor) and for our own business customers (as a controller).

We collect: business-user account details (name, email, hashed password, two-step verification secrets); customer details the business collects at signup (name, email, optional phone, covered item such as a vehicle description); membership, redemption, and payment-status records. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe and never reach MemberRoute.

We use this information to provide the service: billing through Stripe, tracking included services, sending transactional emails (via our email provider), security, and support. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Security: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based with audit logs, and privileged users must use two-step verification.

Members can download their data from the member portal and ask the business to delete their personal details; businesses can export and delete data from their dashboard.
