What happens when it rains and we skip a week?
Turn on “roll over” for mows (for example, up to one extra) so a rained-out visit carries into the next month. You can also block off storm days on your schedule so no one books them.
Can I sell seasonal plans instead of monthly?
Yes. Plans can bill every week, month, 3 months, 6 months or year. A spring & fall cleanup plan billed every 6 months is a common setup.
How do my crews know where to go?
Each on-site booking includes the member’s service address with a map link on the day view and in the new-booking email. The address is saved for their next visit.
Can I charge for hedges, leaves or weed pulls?
Yes. Add them to your price list — show some to members when they book and keep others staff-only. Member discounts apply automatically.
Do my customers pay me directly?
Yes. Members pay your business through your own Stripe account, and the money goes to your bank on Stripe’s normal payout schedule. MemberRoute takes 0% commission — you pay one flat monthly platform fee. Stripe’s standard processing fees apply and go to Stripe.
Do I need a website or booking system?
No. You get a hosted join page to share by link or QR code, a member portal, and an optional built-in scheduler. If you already use a booking tool, keep it — members get a button to your link.
