Do my customers pay me directly?
Yes. Members pay your business through your own Stripe account, and the money goes to your bank on Stripe’s normal payout schedule. MemberRoute takes 0% commission — you pay one flat monthly platform fee. Stripe’s standard processing fees apply and go to Stripe.
Do I need a website or booking system?
No. You get a hosted join page to share by link or QR code, a member portal, and an optional built-in scheduler. If you already use a booking tool, keep it — members get a button to your link.
What about cancellations and renewal laws?
Members can cancel online in two clicks. MemberRoute shows clear renewal terms before checkout, stores each member’s consent, and sends receipts and renewal reminders — designed around US automatic-renewal laws. The required terms are written for you from your price and billing.
